Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be delivered once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, frozen food, dairy, etc.) unless there is a quality issue.
  • Personal hygiene products, toiletries, cosmetics once opened.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.

Refund Process

  2. Inspection: Our team will review your request and inspect the product once returned.
  3. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  4. Timeline: Refunds typically reflect within 3 to 4 business days based on your payment provider.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will offer either a replacement or refund based on the issue after reviewing supporting photos and details.

Pickup or Drop-off for Returns

  • In some cases, our delivery team may collect the item from your location.
  • Alternatively, you may be asked to drop the item at our warehouse depending on your location and product category.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned item passes inspection.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details.
